Very satisfied customer! Joe and his partner showed up early as per my request due to my worries about the limited move in hours imposed by my new apartment building. They managed to get everything out of my old apartment, down 3 flights of stairs, onto the truck, driven 20 miles, and unloaded in under 3 hours. Very pleasantly surprised at how efficient they were, even though I was helping them. Would do business with them again.

Joe and his team were exceptionally good. This was a long distance move, and we had a snafu driving down in our car, and Joe was able to handle our delay and still we completed the move quickly and efficiently. This is the second time Joe's moved us, and I will use him again and recommend him.
Joe is excellent! He went above and beyond what was expected. I needed a few large (and heavy!) things moved from NYC to East Stroudsburg, PA, and he let me ride in the truck with him. When we got to PA, I asked him to move a futon from the 2nd story down to the basement, and it was no problem. We tipped him well...he is WELL WORTH IT! I have moved many, many times in my life, and he is the BEST!!
I was so, so pleased with Joe and his team (Patrick and Adam). From the get-go, Joe was completely honest and realistic with me about what would be possible. He was extremely accomodating, but he didn't simply give me "Yes. Sure we can" as we discussed the specifics of the move. The three were very careful with all of my things, and despite the unanticipated chaos of two sets of movers trying to get things out of the apartment and down 2 flights of stairs, they still smiled and never let it show if they were annoyed or having difficulty. Moving is stressful, but it was a total pleasure and relief to work with Joe, Adam, & Patrick. Thank you!
Joe is exceptional! I had 40 boxes of items that needed to go from New Jersey to California. Joe arrived exactly on time for pick up. 4 weeks later his driver arrived in Los Angeles, only to discover that the 18-wheeler was not allowed on the residential street of our new apartment. The driver was freaking out but I called Joe (who was still back east) and he took care of the problem. He re-routed the truck and the items were hand delivered safely on time. GO WITH JOE!!!
Joe was an absolute delight to work with - extremely professional and knowledgeable. Communication was prompt and to-the-point. A few minor issues cropped up, but they were handled beyond satisfactorily. Would definitely use again if I had the opportunity.
FANTASTIC!!! If you want a fast, reliable, and professional driver request a bid from Joe. Within 36 hours of requesting a bid my piano was picked up. He arrived at the pickup place and the delivery destination at exactly the time he promised. The piano was delivered from New York to Louisiana in only a few days. I highly recommend VanTruckMove!
